เมทัลชีท

The metal sheet is a thin steel sheet coated with an anti-rust agent which are mainly divided into 2 types which are Precoated Galvanized steel sheet, by using a galvanized iron sheet and then coated with color another layer, and Aluzinc Coated Steel Sheet, by bringing the steel sheet to bathe with aluminum and zinc. From the above process, it will get steel sheets that are weather resistant and corrosion resistant and then forming various kinds of a wavy shape. Metal Sheet can be used as a roofing sheet or as a wall barrier. For tropical cities, there are technologies of coated metal sheet, such as PU Foam or Polyurethane Foam or Heat Insulation Foam manufactured by freezing room technology, highly durable because there is no gap between foam and metal sheet and can provide the best thermal insulation when compared to other types of insulation.

เมทัลชีท คือ เหล็กแผ่นบางเคลือบสารป้องกันสนิม โดยส่วนใหญ่แบ่งออกเป็น2ประเภทคือ แผ่นเหล็กอาบสังกะสีเคลือบสี โดยนำแผ่นเหล็กมาอาบสังกะสี แล้วเคลือบสีอีกชั้นหนึ่ง (Precoated Galvanized Steel Sheet) และแผ่นเหล็กเคลือบอลูซิงค์ โดยนำแผ่นเหล็กมาอาบอลูมิเนียมและสังกะสี โดยจากกระบวนการข้างต้นจะทำให้ได้เหล็กแผ่นที่ทนต่อสภาพอากาศและทนต่อการกัดกร่อน แล้วจึงนำมาขึ้นรูปเป็นลอนรูปทรงต่างๆ สามารถนำมาใช้เป็นแผ่นหลังคาหรือใช้กั้นเป็นผนัง สำหรับเมืองร้อนมีเทคโนโลยีแผ่นเมทัลชีทแบบเคลือบฉนวนกันความร้อนพียูโฟม(PU Foam) หรือโพลียูรีเทนโฟม (Polyurethane Foam) หรือโฟมกันความร้อน ผลิตด้วยเทคโนโลยีห้องแช่แข็ง มีความทนทานสูงเนื่องจากไม่มีช่องว่างระหว่างโฟมและเมทัลชีท และสามารถกันความร้อนได้ดีที่สุดเมื่อเปรียบเทียบกับฉนวนประเภทอื่นๆ
